Balance and BalanceAndTurnovers keep needing recalculation.

We have noticed this issue on AccumulationRegisters only on file mode.
On Enterprise Server mode with SQL Server this never happens.
We use platform version 8.2.11.236

When we add,modify,remove records from an accumulation register sometimes the .Balance and .BalanceAndTurnovers show inconsistent results. So the solution is always to use the recalcTotals command. Reliability of the results is the top priority here so for the moment we have this command before generating important reports. This is not a good solution because it takes time for the command to run and sometimes users need to generate reports frequently.

So is this a bug fixed on later versions of the platform?
is this by design?
Is there a better strategy to deal with this issue?

Try using more current platform please. Because there were no updates for 8.2 platform for a long time already.

If i use a more recent platform in compatibility mode will i see any difference?

In compatibility mode some bugfixes are applied. So I think it is a good idea to try.
