Cusomizing login page

Hi

How can i customize login page? For example changing username area as textbox and adding forgot password button.

unfortunately, the authorization form is standard and cannot be changed.

Thank you for your information! I had searched for this in the internet before, but could not find how it can be done. So it cannot be done as of now.
