Multi-language

1C Platform supports multi-language, but it lacks two possibilities:
1. Use multi-language catalog fields (like in designer) For example, if I have a list of products I want to add a description in different languages. It seems impossible using only Catalog object. I have to use additional register to have records for other languages. It is also applies to Chart of accounts.
2.  Multi-language templates. Yes, it is possible to create this type of template (spreadsheet), but I have not find the possibility to show the exact language by user choose. For example when to show Balance sheet (in local language and in English) no matter what language is selected for interface

1 This will lead users to have to enter catalog items with 2 names, they will do lots of mistakes with that. There are two solutions: use 2 languages in sintle item name and add your own custom second language attribute.

2. HTML documents are multilanguage also. For not automatic language select you need to provide non-automatic functionality: additional report variant for example.
