Choosing several dates from calendar

Hello again!

I need to provide a manager with a possibility to select a non-contiguous range of dates as a customer says when it is convinent for him to accept a delivery. During the order fulfillment process the planning system will choose one and notify a user by e-mail. It would be best to display several months as a table on a form page and let a manager to use Ctrl + click for selection.

So what will you recommend to use?

You can use calendar field and change "Selection type" to "Multiple".
If you enlarge size of control you will see several month.
