No Server with deployed service found

Hi , i have the following big problem

Users get this problem randomly while connected:

"No Server with deployed service found"

Restarting the enterprise server fixes the problem but it appears again after some minutes.
Any idea what is causing this?

Installation is simple server installation.
1 cluster
1 working process

Is the 1C server deployed on the same computer? Or on a remote server on the network?

Does this error only occur for this particular user? Or for many users?

You say that rebooting helps for a while... The next time this malfunction appears again, please check how the 1C Agent service works - I've attached a screenshot for your convenience
