Configuration - Mobile Application - Publish

Hello! I made a mistake. I wanted to try mobile application publish for learning what is it exactly. It did not work. I thought everything is normal but whenever I try to update database configuration system  it  trying to generate mobile app and first update is working second time system freezing. I am closing by task manager and when I start 1c again system ask "do you want to continue to update" and updating normally. If I wait when it is freeze other users on network can not work too. Please help

my 1c version is 8.3.23.1688

Hello again. I solved the problem, but I don't know. Just I remember I try to do everything from beginning with administration permission.(run  as admin)

The process of publishing a regular application on a web server or a mobile application must be performed under administrative rights.
