We are using a database with 2 companies

I want to create or authorize users by company

example X company user will not see documents belonging to Y company

Hello dear Yusuf! I think you are using 1C: Drive. In the Drive configuration, we can organize the access rights according to the allowed items.

I would to share an example. We have two companys, one is Performans Spor, the other is Hermes Spor. I create two users for the sales department. In the access rights tab, I click on the Sales item and the allowed items appear on the right section. At the top, I exclude all of them. But at the bottom (Allowed Values (Companies)), I specify an exception.

And in the end, we see that every user can view their own company's documents.
