I have currently a hardware HASP key for 8.2 Platform. How can I download the latest 8.3 platform? I searched forums and apparently license for 8.2 should work for 8.3.

As for now, we can suggest you following two options:

• You can become an international partner.
  
• Or contact your partner who sold you the license, purchase support and get updates on Russian support site.

Thanks to everybody who have contacted me and suggested solutions to the problem. In my case the most appropriate solution was to buy single user license. Which I did.
