No enterprise functions / No program protection key

After having some problems with a users profile, 1C doesn't work anymore. When starting the program and after selecting the Enterprise infobase, a popu shos up stating that there is no program protection key found (which is a USB dongle on the 1C enterprise server). When I run 1C as a client on the server itself, no problem. When I try to create a new infobase on the workstation of the user, I don't have the option of selecting an enterprise server, only information base title, so it looks like it's not in enterprise mode....
Where/what to check?

It looks like your 1C:Enterprise server dongle is not working, try to take off all keys, reinstall HASP driver and put them back.
