Edit Interfaces Text error

Good Day;
i am trying to add one more language to interface using "Edit Interface text"
but always this error appear "The Set Of Languages in the mapping file does not match the specified language"
i try to export different "mxl" files but nothing change


please can you help me to solve this problem

Please let us know:

- version of 1C:Enterprise platform you use
- languages that you installed in 1C:Enterprise platform on the computer where you work with your configuration
- languages you successfully specified in your configuration
- language you try to add to your configuration
- user locale on the computer where you test your configuration
