If the default locale is spanish and using thin client load excel sheet into spreadsheet document, the decimal separator would be recognized incorrectly so the decimal part would be considered as part of integer.

Dear Alexey,

Could you please send us a sample Excel file whose loading to a spreadsheet document results in the issue you mentioned?

You can use absolutely any file with decimals. Important that you should set the default locale of windows computer to Spanish and run thin client from that computer. Server locale does not matter.

The file will load fine, but decimal point would not be considered as decimal separator.

Dear Alexey,

Got it, thank you.

We need extra information on the details how you load Excel file's data to your spreadsheet document. There are plenty of methods how to do this, and so far we do not know which of them you use to cause the issue.

Best regards,
Vladimir Gurov

Vladimir, I have managed to solve the problem. The issue was that if you convert numeric field of excel sheet into Number in 1c it will still use dot as a separator, but 1c will use comma as a separator, so the code will depend on locale settings. I manage to solve this with XMLValue functions.
