If I scroll the list with the mouse wheel everything look fine. But if I go down with the down key and the some lines up with up key the table gets distorted. The column values are no longer aligned with column names. Please see screenshots.
Version 8.3.12.1685 No compatibility mode. Win 10, all updates.

This is a known issue and it was fixed in 1C:Enterprise platform 8.3.13.1513.
