I think there is some kind of platform's error which you cannot fix direct.
But you can work around this bug this way:
1) Open designer and allow to make changes in configuration
2) Open Documents - CustomerOrder - Forms - DocumentsForPaymentList
3) In attribute list find PaymentDocuments and change it properties:
- CustomQuery should be True
- Open "ListSetup" and clear "Main table"
It is not a best solution because DynamicList start reading all information from table, but it also can be fixed if you change business logic of this form.
This bug should be reported to platform developers.
