1C Company updated a version of 1C:Accounting Suite

1C Company updated a version (1.1.26.9) of 1C:Accounting Suite, an accounting and inventory control application for small businesses build on 1C:Enterprise.

The new functionality is based primarily on feedback of clients using the application which is involved in day to day running of their business. These are the main new features:
- The beginning balances functionality was added directly to the sales invoice, purchase invoice, sales return, and purchase return documents instead of using A/R and A/P beginning balances documents
- Added the capability of non-cash income and expense adjustments to the Cash Flow (indirect) report
- Implemented tracking of item last cost, and using this cost when new items are added to purchase documents
- Added functionality of tracking expenses (GL accounts) in addition to line items to the purchase order and purchase invoice documents
- Added functionality of recording deposits directly to income GL accounts
- Implemented posting of purchase variance
- A capability of comparing by period in the following reports - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow (direct)
- Added the customer credit memo functionality
- Updated presentation of VAT codes
- Implemented displaying of item and company codes
- Added the global search function and other user and system management functionality
- Updated desktop.
