The Second Stage of the international educational and competitive project, 1C Skills Camp 2025, successfully concluded in late September 2025. The program, which aims to unleash the technical potential of students and junior developers worldwide in business automation using the 1C:Enterprise platform, continues its journey towards the Grand Finale, set for November.

The challenges were built upon the knowledge participants gained from several intensive training modules, focusing on advanced aspects of development and implementation within the 1C:Enterprise platform.

Key Modules and Topics of the Second Stage

The comprehensive curriculum for this stage was highly practical, covering complex areas essential for professional 1C developers:

• AccountingSuite Solution Implementation: Participants gained in-depth knowledge of:
• Solution overview and key subsystems.
• Core business processes, including Procurement, Sales, and Goods management.
• Customization of a standard solution to meet specific business needs.
• A final Test project based on AccountingSuite.
• Advanced Development Techniques: The stage also featured modules on:
• Using the 1С:Standard Subsystems Library in the development of 1C Solutions.
• Exploring Integration Mechanisms of the 1C:Enterprise Platform.

Contestants were tasked with completing a series of advanced practical assignments derived from these topics, requiring not only a deep understanding of programming fundamentals but also the ability to create functional, user-friendly, and thoroughly documented information systems.

An independent panel of experts evaluated the projects based on strict criteria, including:

• Functionality and correct utilization of 1C:Enterprise platform objects.
• Quality of the User Interface and ease of application use.
• Accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.

New Stars on the Road to the Hi-Tech Championship

Following the project evaluations and scores from the second stage, the experts identified the four top contestants who demonstrated outstanding proficiency in creating business automation solutions.

Invitation to the Main Championship

Most importantly, victory in this stage grants these talented developers a pass to the program’s Grand Finale, the INTERNATIONAL HIGH-TECH PROFESSIONS CHAMPIONSHIP "HI-TECH: SKILLS OF THE FUTURE" (Hi-Tech Challenge 2025).

This prestigious championship, which will take place in Russia in November 2025, will bring together the best specialists from around the globe for the final battle for the champion title. Winners can expect valuable cash prizes, as well as the opportunity for an internship with subsequent employment at 1C subsidiaries located in different countries worldwide.
