It connects to collaboration server: https://1c-dn.com/1c_enterprise/collaboration_system/ Address is specified here: https://kb.1ci.com/1C_Enterprise_Platform/FAQ/Administration/Collaboration_Server/ It is optional feature. You can disable it.
