Error logs

Hello,

Where 1C platform holds its error information logs?
There is lgf and lgp log files but how can we read those logs? Is there any tool to read them ?

There is an error that I can't understand what 1C outputs as error message..

I suppose that you are asking about Event log and you use 1C:Enterprise in file mode. Those files you can view in 1C:Enterprise mode using the Event log standard data processor which you can find if you click Main menu and then click All functions. Or in Designer mode in Main menu click Administration, and then click Event log.

For your information, in more complicated cases for the investigation of your problem you can be asked to configure and provide Technological log. You can read more about it and about Event log in 1C:Enterprise. Administrator Guide.
