Object versioning

Available in version 1.0 and 2.2.

The subsystem offers the following functionality:

  • Storing version history for documents and catalogs (includes the user who made the changes, modification time, and the changes themselves, detailed to object attributes and tabular section attributes).
  • Comparing object versions.
  • Viewing previous object versions.

Additional reports and data processors

Available in version 1.0 and 2.2.

The subsystem offers functionality for importing and running additional reports and data processors while the infobase is running in 1C:Enterprise mode. This extends application functionality without changing its configuration. It is useful if you want to add functionality to the application and stay legitimate for configuration provider support.

The subsystem provides functionality for running additional reports and data processors according to a schedule, and provides tools for administrating them.


Object attribute locking

Available in version 1.0 and 2.2.

The subsystem offers the following functionality:

  • Checking whether key object attributes (the attributes that define the object) are not empty.
  • Prohibiting users from making changes to key object attributes.
  • Checking whether a user has rights to change key object attributes.

Contact information

Available in versions 1.0, 2.0, and 2.2.

The subsystem offers the following functionality:

  • Extending contact information catalogs by adding custom fields.  
  • Using the functionality of the Address Classifier subsystem.

Item order setup

Available in versions 1.0, 2.0, and 2.2.

The subsystem allows changing the order of items in lists by using the "move up" and "move down" buttons.


Object prefixation

Available in versions 1.0 (as Object prefixes), 2.0 and 2.2.

The subsystem offers the following functionality:

  • Adding object prefixes automatically, according to the user-defined settings.
  • Using prefixes to distinguish objects belonging to different infobases and different companies.

Printing

Available in version 1.0, 2.0, and 2.2.

The subsystem offers the following functionality:

  • Exporting print forms to spreadsheets, Microsoft Word documents, or OpenOffice Writer documents.
  • Printing forms and sending exported print forms by email.

Properties

Available in version 1.0 and 2.2.

The subsystem offers the following functionality:

  • Creating and editing additional document and catalog attributes.
  • Storing properties in objects (additional attributes) and in information registers (additional data).
  • Generating reports based on properties.
  • Specifying different property sets for different objects of the same type.
