Import directory into project folder - opens the text import data processor with the directory on disk specified. All supported files from that directory should be imported. Texts will be created in the folder that is specified as a root text folder for the current project.

Export selected translations - opens the text export data processor with selected texts specified for export as well as an option to export translations selected. If the selected text is specified as the main text for other texts and the Assemble HTML by main text selected, all texts will be exported where the selected text is specified as the main text.

Create a translation task - the Translation task document will be created for selected texts. This document will contain only texts in the To translate state and having no responsibilities.

Create translation acceptance - the Translation acceptance document will be created for selected texts. This document will contain only texts in the Ready state and translation is not accepted for which.

- Merge content with another text - not empty values of the current text (title, file name, text, for both, original text and translation) will be copied into the selected during this command execution texts. Values of the selected text will be copied back to the current text as a backup. The selected text will be marked for deletion.
- Batch attribute changing - opens the Batch text attribute changing form for selected texts.
- Open check terminology - opens the Check terminology data processor for the project of the current text.
- Open primary dictionary - opens the list of dictionary entries of the current text project.
- Publish on site and set state to Published - publishes selected texts in Ready or Published states on the site using settings that are specified in selected texts project. After the publication published texts will have the Published state.
- Open Translation memory training - opens the Translation memory training data processor for selected texts.
