Text export options

This form allows keeping settings of export of project texts.

The list of form items:

  • Description - the name that will be displayed in the Text export/publication data processor.

  • Target type - defines the export algorithm.

    • PDF - the default export, for projects of translation and writing of books type texts are exported into a single book. For the translation of 1C:Enterprise configurations and interfaces, and articles, separate files will be exported with corresponding content processing.

    • Site - the export with publication on the site over the publishing web service.

    • Test site - the export with publication on the test site over the publishing web service.

    • Raw files - the export of texts without any change in the content of texts, even deletion of text parts corresponding export options.

    • Original texts of projects - the export of texts with import into original texts of projects defined in the list of projects of the current export option. This export option is used for translation into several languages. In this case you can store texts on the source language in a separate project, named root project, and from this project send to translation into projects of translation into various languages.

    • Add interfaces - the export of root project texts with adding of interfaces from projects defined in the list of projects of the current export option. This export option is usable for assembling of 1C:Enterprise application interfaces on several languages.

  • Assemble HTML by headers - if this check box is selected, when texts of HTML and Word type are exported, they are assembled into a single file in the order, specified in the Order field of project texts.
  • Download publication web service - download files an example of web-service that performs direct publication on a site managed by Bitrix CMS. Available if the target type is Site or Test site.
  • Publication web service definitions URL - the URL of the publication web service WSDL description. Available if the target type is Site or Test site.
  • Publication web service user name - the web server authentication user name (if required). Available if the target type is Site or Test site.
  • Publication web service password - the web server authentication password (if required). Available if the target type is Site or Test site.
  • Default export directory - the file system directory that should be used by default in the Export directory field of the Text export/publication data processor.
  • Projects - the list of projects used for export, available for target types Original texts of projects and Add interfaces.
  • Main condition name - the name of text part, corresponding to the current export option. During export, parts of text corresponding to other export options of current project are deleted from the content of exported texts, and text parts corresponding to the current export option are kept. This allows us to use this application as a single source and configure which targets receive which parts of texts.
  • Open bracket - the beginning of the text part, corresponding to the current export option.
  • Close bracket - the end of the text part, corresponding to the current export option.
  • Export script - the list of replacements that should be made during export.
    • Search - the regular expression.

    • Replacement if keep - the regular expression replacement string for parts of texts that should be kept during export with the current export option. The numbered capturing group parameters, defined in the Search field are supported.

    • Replacement if delete - the regular expression replacement string for parts of texts that should be deleted during export with export options other than current. The numbered capturing group parameters, defined in the Search field are supported.

  • Comment - the additional details, if required.
