Common commands

Undo entire text - restores the previous versions of original text and translation using the text version history.

Redo entire text - restores the next version of original text and translation using the text version history.

Lock - prohibits changing of this text by users except for the current one.

Unlock - allows the changing of this text by other users.

Exclude from translation - changes the text state to Skip.

Send to translation - changes the text state to To translate.

Auto translate - performs an attempt to translate the text, its title, file name, and names of its stored files automatically using the dictionary. Is succeed, changes the text state to In translation.

Start manual translation - changes the text state to In translation.

Send to validation - changes the text state to On validation.

Send to correction - changes the text state to On correction.

Approve - changes the text state to Ready.

Check - checks spelling, syntax and style using the external proofreading application.

Publish - publishes the current text in Ready or Published states on the site using parameters that are set in the project of the current text. After publication for published texts the Published state is set.

Switch wide screen mode - switches the position of the original text and translation panels from vertical to horizontal and vice versa.

Open check terminology for selected part of original text or translation - opens the Check terminology data processor and searches for the selected part of the original text in original texts of dictionary entries or selected part of the translation in translations of dictionary entries.

Open primary dictionary - opens the primary dictionary of the project, which the current text belongs to, filtered by dictionary entries used in the current text.

Publish (test) - publishes the current text in the Ready state to the test section of the site.

Open Translation memory training - opens the Translation memory training data processor and analyzes the current text.

Index - forces indexation of the current text version.
