This form is designed for viewing and translating dictionary entries. The main usage mode is opening the primary dictionary filtered by the text from the edit form of this text.
The form item list:

General commands.

Translate next - moves to the next by the original text length not translated dictionary entry and translates it automatically.

Check - checks spelling, syntax and style using the external proofreading application.

Translate by dictionary - translates all dictionary entries in the current folder using the dictionary selected during the execution of this command.

Open Check terminology - opens the Check terminology data processor with filter by original text or translation depending on the selected cell in the list and searches the text in the selected cell.

Add to primary dictionary - opens the form to add a new dictionary entry to the primary dictionary and fills it with a copy of the selected dictionary entry.

Add to terminology dictionary - opens the form to add a new dictionary entry to the terminology dictionary and fills it with a copy of the selected dictionary entry.

Send for review - marks all selected dictionary entries requiring the review.

Clear all flags - clears Review required, New comment и Translation changed checkboxes for selected dictionary entries.

- Order by - when changed the list sorting order is changed. Possible values:

Length - sorting by the original text length. It is the recommended sorting for the dictionary translation.

Translation history - sorting by the last modification date. It is convenient when you need to return back to a previously changed dictionary entry.

Review history - sorting by the review date. It is convenient when you need to return back to the previously reviewed dictionary entry.

Creation order - sorting by the dictionary entry creation order.

Context section - sorting by the context section.

Occurrence in text - sorting by usage in the current text. It is convenient for plain and HTML texts.

New comment - display only dictionary entries having new comments. When other filters are set the list is complemented with dictionary records having new comments.

Review required - display only dictionary entries that require review. When other filters are set the list is complemented with dictionary records that require review.

Translation changed - display only dictionary entries having the translation changed. When other filters are set the list is complemented with dictionary records having the translation changed.

Has condition - display only dictionary entries having the usage condition specified. When other filters are set the list is complemented with dictionary records having the usage condition specified.

Other filters can be specified using the Configure list... command by clicking the Filter field or the Filters tab.
