The data processor is designed for text import into a project.
The list of form items:

Import files - imports texts with Import check box selected on the list. Texts that were in To translate, In translation, On validation, On correction, Ready or Published, if during import the original text changed, will be moved to the To translate state.

Project - the project for imported texts.

Folder - the folder in the Texts catalog into which the import is performed.

Import into - defines where to import files into.

Translation - files are imported into translation fields, the texts are searched by the translation file name.

Original text - files are imported into original text fields, the texts are searched by the original text file name.

Translation by original text - files are imported into translation fields, the texts are searched by the original text file name translated using the dictionary.

- Import non picture files - if this check box selected, all related to the text files are imported into stored files. Otherwise, only image files are imported into stored files. The default value is taken from the Export and import non picture files value in project options.
- Split HTML by headers - if this check box selected, texts of HTML type are split by <h1>...<h6> tags. The default value is taken from the Split and assemble HTML by headers value in project options.
- Clear HTML tags - if this check box selected, texts of HTML type will be cleared from redundant and obsolete HTML tags, for example <font> or style="...". The default value is taken from the Clear HTML tags value in project options.
- The list of texts contains files of supported format selected when the data processor was opened.

Mark all not in list as Deleted - marks texts that exist in the current project, but not present in the list with Deleted state. It is useful when you want to exclude obsolete texts from the project, which present in the old version, but were deleted in the current version.

Rename text - opens the Check terminology data processor for searching the selected text and renaming it.
