GUI components

GUI components of the 1C:Enterprise platform provide applied solutions with user interaction capabilities.

All 1C:Enterprise applied solutions share the same interface concept, which is based on standard elements provided by the platform. This approach ensures that users who are familiar with just one 1C:Enterprise applied solution can easily learn any other one.

1C:Enterprise forms are used for displaying and editing data stored in the database. Forms can be generated automatically or created by developers. To facilitate and standardize data processing operations, forms can be assigned to each applied object.

Form elements

Various interface elements are used for displaying and editing data in forms. This includes a set of elements developed specifically for business tasks.

The system automatically builds a personalized command interface for each user based on the structure of subsystems where the applied solution objects belong. Users can customize the interface according to their personal preferences. A deployment engineer can enable or disable some functionality without making any changes to the application script.

Spreadsheet document

This is a powerful data presentation and printing tool. It ensures that documents to be printed are prepared correctly and efficiently and is user-friendly with regard to viewing them on the screen.

Formatted document

Formatted documents provide tools for creating text fragments that include various fonts, colors, text alignments, and hyperlinks.

Text document

In addition to spreadsheet documents, 1C:Enterprise features text documents for presenting data to users. The system allows automatic generation of text documents based on developer-created templates.

Charts

Charts are used to present data in visual format. They draw the viewer's attention to the dynamics of data change and simplify comparison of data sets. Moreover, some specific chart types can show dependencies that are usually hidden behind large amounts of data.

Geographical schema

This provides visual data presentation by geographical distribution. It allows you to create reports that illustrate, for example, turnovers of specific goods in various states. You can also use a geographical schema for displaying any data related to geographical positions, such as travel directions to your office or a vehicle route.

Graphical schema

Graphical schemas are used in form and report layouts where organization charts, flowcharts, or similar objects are required. A graphical schema can also be used as a standalone document that is a part of applied solution layout. Graphical schemas are handy for creating pictures that illustrate algorithm structures, process structures, organization charts, and more.

Common interface features

1C:Enterprise script supports a set of procedures and functions that provide user interaction capabilities. For example, a developer can create messages and warnings or manage how details on the execution of application algorithms are displayed.
